How to test the story gently
Try the outfit on two or three comparable occasions. Before entering the room, write what you predict. Afterward, record what happened: body comfort, freedom of movement, attention, other people’s behavior and whether the ritual reduced decisions. A repeated pattern is useful personal information. It is not population-level proof.
